The street legal and foldable eScooter XCAPE in Barcelona, Spain.
A Weekend trip with the street legal and foldable eScooter XCAPE to Barcelona– Day 1
Hi, I am Laurence, a travel blogger from Sweden. Recently, I was on my trip to Spain and planned a weekend to be spent in exploring the wonderful city of Barcelona. Usually, I do an itinerary trip but there has been a twist this time. I had booked the street legal and foldable XCAPE eScooter for my exploration expedition. Barcelona is a fairly big city, so the XCAPE eScooter is going to help me combine my full exploration with a new type of itinerary experience.
On landing in Barcelona, I checked into my hotel. As decided, that the street legal and foldable eScooter XCAPE should be delivered to me at my hotel. On first look, I was pretty shocked seeing its small size that whether it will be able to carry my weight. I checked the manual to find that it has a maximum carrying capacity of 150 kgs. The folding and unfolding of the XCAPE eScooter is pretty simple. It was folded into half of its size and I did the magic of unfolding it into its normal size in just a second and that too with just one hand.
Another query which got me worried is whether the XCAPE eScooter is legal to drive on streets. The hotel manager confirmed me that even he owns one and that it is completely legal to drive on the streets of Barcelona provided I maintain the cycle driving zone. I had already watched videos and got instructions from the XCAPE eScooter on how to drive which I thought was actually very simple.
I switched on the XCAPE eScooter, got on my street legal and foldable XCAPE eScooter and with just a press of a button I was zooming on the streets of Barcelona. The city has its own style of architecture which doesn’t boats of high skyscrapers but does carries an elegance of creative traditional style. On my XCAPE eScooter, I followed the navigation to visit two famous works of Anton Gaudi – Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Next, I drove to the most famous streets of the city, popularly known by the name of Las Ramblas. As per the belief, a drink from the fountain at the northern end of the street guarantees you to get back to the city. I drove to that fountain and had a drink.
Next, I explored the Las Ramblas area on my street legal and foldable XCAPE eScooter and found an outdoor café to relish myself on some local Spanish food and a glass of my favorite Sangria. The XCAPE eScooter was totally allowed to be by my side folded at the cafe with no problem of parking it. Back on my XCAPE eScooter, I drove a little further to find the city’s oldest and the most famous market- La Boqueria. I always have a habit of gathering one memento from my place of visit to serve as a reminder for the rest of my life. Continuing south on my street legal and foldable eScooter XCAPE, I visited Mirador de Colom where I got some exciting clicks and selfies.
It was late afternoon, and I had one last stop for the day- Las Golondrinas Boat Tour. I had a lot of riding on my XCAPE eScooter, now it’s time to rest and observe the scenery while I float on a boat. Quite surprisingly, while I was confused on where to park my XCAPE eScooter, they just asked me to get it folded and bring it in with me in the boat. While I relaxed myself with some chilled winds massaging my hairs, I ordered for a cup of coffee and some food to accompany me. After the boat ride, I booked a cab, loaded the XCAPE eScooter into its trunk and made my way to the hotel.
At the room, I checked that I had still 25% of charge left in my XCAPE eScooter. I just went out for some free ride on my XCAPE eScooter just to enjoy the weather and environment only to stop by at a local restaurant for some authentic Spanish food and some drinks. I drove back to the hotel on my XCAPE eScooter. I put the XCAPE eScooter and my mobile on charge while I retired for the night with a relaxed mind.
